Who are we?

Via Heart Project is a non-profit organization dedicated to saving lives in schools, communities, and organizations across the globe. Via seeks to increase the survival rate from sudden cardiac arrest (SCA) by implementing comprehensive AED programs including AED placement, maintenance, compliance, and offering CPR/AED training.
Via Heart project was founded in 2010 as a way to help schools and businesses create and maintain AED programs. Based in San Francisco, California, Via Heart Project has become a resource for people all around the world who share our goal of saving lives with AEDs.
We envision a future where every community is a Heart Safe Place to live, work, learn, and play!
