Our Annual Maintenance Program costs $200 per year ($300 for Cardiac Science devices)
and is renewable at the end of each term.*

The program includes the following maintenance services:

  • Event evaluation (after the device is used for a cardiac event)
  • Upgrade assistance
  • Recall assistance
  • Trained responder data tracking
  • Pad replacement in the event of use (up to one per year)
  • Replacement electrodes and battery, upon expiration
  • Site-assessment review and suggested placement options
  • Policy and procedural assistance
  • Registration with the local EMS agency
  • Medical direction
  • Monthly maintenance reminders sent via email
  • Battery and pad expiration-date tracking

If battery or electrodes expire, Via Heart Project will replace expired supplies. (A minimum 3-year commitment is required for this replacement service.)
